Tuesday Tale

I've mentioned in the past, I have not been jumping up on things, for the last few months.
This is Sissy and BIL's bedroom and OMCs it is the quietest room in the house.  A few days before this photo mom found me under the bed.  That is why when I went missing again she
ASSUMED I was under the bed....

I never ever NO never get under beds...it dawned on her
that I was missing this bed and the quite.

Now for the rest of the tale...DO YOU KNOW (yes I'm shouting) what my
sweetadorablepreciouswonderful Mom did?
Yep she put a stool at the bed.  It is not like my Diva Stool at the love seat so she
didn't think I'd use it
BUT I Did.  She is purrty sure I heard her coming so I surprised her.

this is an artsy photo she took after the surprise.

Then she came back to find this.....
I knocked that big dusty pink sham right  out of the way and made myself
comfy!!

No more under the bed for this kitty she now has a stairway to the Diva Bed.

  7. Your Mom is a clever Mom who knows her Madi - a little help with a stool and VOILA - you're back in business on that comfy bed even if you do have to rearrange a few items up there to make it suitable for your snoozers!

  17. I think my humans should be thinking about getting me a step stool so I can get up on the couch easier. I'm not as springy as I used to be either.

  18. I have a step stool for my older cats to use; however, Jenna still likes to get under the bed. It's the only safe place from Marie!

  20. I love your steps! We have steps on both sides of the bed for our Duo (I guess they must be Divas too!). I'm so glad that you can go on your favorite bed again! Your mom is a genius!

  21. Oh, your own set of stairs! That is so nice!
I sometimes move the pillows and nestle down in there. Usually, it's more like a barricade so a certain barracuda -- I mean my dear little sister Maggie -- can't get me.

  22. Such a clever girl you are, Madi. Maybe Mom could make you a staircase of pillows to try.

  32. I completely missed this post because in my head I felt like I had been here because of the email! That stool is a most excellent idea, your Mom always thinking of making things easier and better for you. She is a good Mom. CH might not like me telling this but he uses a little stool to get in the bed because it is a bit high... starts to hurt his hip if he doesn't use it! Such a sweet picture of you after you gave the sham the get out of the way!
