Dakota Kat's Golden Sister wanted to show you
their forsythia....she says we should all stop and smell them....
I rec'd a funny email from my Feline nephew on Sunday March 3
Dearest Aunty HiC,
I didn’t get a walkie today because of the rain, so I used the time to catch up on my beauty sleep. I’m not real happy about this pillow on the sofa! I hissed at it, but it didn’t move. I strategically placed the business end of myself right on it!! Just Sayin' Teeheehee! 😹😹😹
❤️ Kat, Your Funny Feline Nephew
I replied, dearest Nephew don't worry your sweet little head about this...
I edited it for you!!
Lovingly Aunty HiC
Kat is fortunate to have such a wise source of advice in Aunty HiC.
ReplyDeletethat is beautiful... like gold wow!
ReplyDeleteNow that is just plain rude to put a pillow like that in your home! Tsk tsk

The forsythia is gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteToo funny, spitting at the pillow, Kat. Nice try. The flowers are very pretty. Have a super duper day.
ReplyDeleteOh, I miss our forsythia! Beautiful golden edit! Ida hissed at that pillow, too!
ReplyDeleteMOL MOL, how dare they put that there Kat....
ReplyDeleteWe will have to remember and stop and smell the beautiful forsythia when it's in bloom!
ReplyDeleteThe gold is beautiful and the pillow should be slept on!
ReplyDeleteThere should be a similar pillow for the feline family members. That forsythia is beautiful. We are getting about 6" of snow today.
ReplyDeleteI like the pillow, but I think Kat's still funny!
ReplyDeleteHA! Either way, it's a great quote!

Ha ha ha!!!! Good job Kat, and good job Auntie C!!!
ReplyDeleteThat's so cat like. I laughed out loud.
ReplyDeleteHave a fabulous day and my best to Auntie C. Hugs. ♥

ReplyDeleteWe think you need to get a dog!
ReplyDeleteIt had better warm up a lot here before our forsythia try to bloom, they will freeze their "buds" off:)
ReplyDeleteKat, it seems to us that you still managed to get quite comfy:)
Woos - Lightning, Misty, and Timber
Ooooo...the forsythia looks gorgeous and Kat is just hilarious!
ReplyDeleteRevenge is best served … with cat farts.
ReplyDeleteWe can't wait to see some pretty yellow forsythia flowers around here. But that's a few weeks away yet.
Our forsythia isn't even CLOSE. Mom won't even bring some branches in to "force" as the buds are still too tiny....our weather has been TOO DARN COLD! We love forsythia though - for us here it's our first true sign of Spring and we are SOOOOOOOOOO ready!
ReplyDeleteHugs, Pam and Teddy too
Those are words to live by.
ReplyDeleteKat you are lucky to have such a nice Aunty to fix your picture
ReplyDeletehugs
Hazel & Mabel
Beautiful forsythia. It will be over a month before ours bloom.
ReplyDeleteI don't blame you for hissing at that pillow, Kat.
ReplyDeleteMine got cut down by a gardener I had fort a while. I was MAD!
ReplyDeleteSuch a sweet dude
ReplyDeleteAnd that is why Aunties are the BEST!
ReplyDeleteNow who would put that pillow in a cat home? Mommy wouldn't dare put a cat pillow on our couch, I would just chew it up! Xena
