Happy Tuesday

Hosted by Comedy Plus

Last week we had 1 morning out of 7 without monsoons
(FYI: we had a total of 5" of rain last week)
We took advantage the blustery morning to take a walk at the
NC Museum of Art trail.  It made us very happy and oh did we see lots of happy wagging dog tails.  The photo at the top of the collage was taken
on Saturday February 20, the first full day of sun in 7 days.
This huskie is happy to be walking with his person and his shadow.

We were surprised to read the galleries were open..but for sure
happy that folks can finally have some diversity in their daily routines.

Here are a few photos with pops of color and a few matching the gray day

  3. Things are beginning to open - slowly but surely. Signs of LIFE in what has been a BARREN landscape for a year now!

  5. Love the picture at the bottom left of the last collage. Don't know what it is about it. The trees, the winding path, maybe it's the grasses along the trees. It reminds me of the Tiny Ten. It is so nice to see things opening up. Now if we could just get our shots!

  9. We're glad the monsoon stopped long enough for you to get out on a walk. In some ways snow is better than rain since (at least up here) you can easily get out for a walk in it and not get drenched.

  12. Oh how fun for the pups. They are indeed happy. They need their walks and they need to check on the pee-mail.

We are heading to the boat this coming weekend for the first time in months. It's going to be in the upper 60s and we're looking forward to seeing our baby again.

Thank you for joining the Happy Tuesday Blog Hop.

Have a fabulous Happy Tuesday. Big hug, honey. ♥

  14. It sounds like you have been getting the same sort of weather as us! It is nice to see some things opening up for you. We have to wait a while longer yet. I will be so glad when we can eat out again and have someone cook for me for a change.

  17. Great to see everyone out and about (and the dogs too)! You can feel the mood is lighter when people walk by they smile and say hi! And more are out and about! Rain is much better than snow! But Sun really is the best! Thanks for sharing all the happys! And have a marvellously Happy Day!

  18. Wow, now that's a LOT of rain! we had one morning of rain and then bright skies. Today is supposed to be in the 70's! (Wonder if I can skip out of work - in my own house - and catch some ray...) Have a great rest of the week with sun and smiles.
