Thank you to our
Dear Auntie HiC,
Mom played a trick on me today! We were checking on the figs and pear tree, and she threw what I thought was a tennis ball.Only after retrieving did I realize it was not a ball, but instead a small pear.My mouth puckered up! 😖
❤️ Pup
PS Mom picked some really fun music too!
Dearest Pup Oh my dogs! My mouth pucker with yours😝😝that fig was even the same color as your ball. Looks like you forgave mom…
Lovingly your auntie HiC who does not like figs🙃🙃😍
we hope the pear disa-pear-ed in your mouth?
ReplyDeleteI am eating pear at this very moment with my breakfast fruit and berries! Did you eat the pear, Pup?

ReplyDeleteHow wonderfurs to have pears and figs on branch to pick as one wishes... lucky Pup. YAM xx
My mom would have done the same thing to me, Pup - just to get a chuckle! Pears are yummy but they are not our beloved tennis balls!
ReplyDeleteThe deer are swarming our yard for our pears.
ReplyDeleteI love pears, Pup!
ReplyDeleteMakes me think of the old saying "there's a sucker born every minute". To me, that was a dirty trick!
ReplyDeleteNone of us are interested in balls, but we like to find the red apples that fall in our yard from the neighbors tree.
ReplyDeletePup Picks a Puckering Pear! love it. Beau missed his ball games and always will, so do we
ReplyDeleteThey are very bitter until they get ripe. They are very good then. Love the video and Pup is most handsome.
ReplyDeleteThank you for joining the Happy Tuesday Blog Hop.
Have a fabulous Happy Tuesday. Big hug, my friend. ♥
Pawrents try to be so funny by tricking us sometimes. We hope Pup got to fetch a real ball after doing such a great retrieve with that pear.
ReplyDeleteOh no!!!!! That was a real switcheroo!
ReplyDeletePup, Looks like the fetching was fun, even if it was a pear! We have an apple tree...but aren't interested at all in fetching or eating them. The bunnies like them though!

ReplyDeleteAn edible tennis ball is the best we can hope for.
ReplyDeleteHa! Poor pup. Pears can be very bitter. I like them when they are sweet. Visiting from Happy Tuesday.
ReplyDeleteGosh I wish I could play with Pup. He wouldn't mind me stealing his pear/fig/ball, would he?
