NATURE, Feline, Friendly Fill ins on Friday

Nature Friday host LLB Gang  and Feline Friday  host Comedy Plus

Taken October 6 at Shelley Lake

I never ever NO never tire of seeing a Great Blue Heron
top left and bottom left and right

Top right photo was taken just as we entered the trail.  Trail art of some king hanging across the trail.  At first I thought they were chimes.

Feline Flashback

October 21, 2017
 Poetic Paws
by Madison D. Cat

On a sunny day my mind wanders
to places and faces unknown it ponders.
I lounge in my sun puddles dreaming of Ramen Noodles dripping with the juices of fine nip.

Here are the Friendly Fill-Ins for tomorrow.  Ellen from 15andmeowing. came up with the first two and her co-host, Lorianne of Four-Legged Furballs came up with second two.

1. Every October, I look forward to cooler days and nice walks.
2. If I were going to a costume party, I would go as, of course, LITTLE RED RIDINGHOOD!!!
3. Maco Light, which is true, I've seen it, it is my favorite scary story.  Click here to read about it.
4. I would find a pleasantly scented aroma and a hiding place if there were a zombie apocalypse.

  9. Herons are such majestic birds I think. Wouldn't you like to be a cat and lay in the sunshine coming through the window...trouble is getting up might be a problem. Hubby and I were just talking about costume parties and how long it's been since we've been to one. We both remembered how we dressed at that party. Some folks really get into Halloween, can't say I've been a huge fan, except as a kid getting candy.

  10. We love seeing herons too. That was a fun flash back poem from Madi, and we loved reading your fill-ins. That is quite a ghost story about the mysterious light.
