Good Morning to all our friends. We recently told you the humans are busy busy getting ready for our annual trip in our Wheelie house.
Thank you to our
Recently Mom sent Auntie HiC the below photos and email
"I’m running around like headless 🐔today. These 2 are following me continuously around the house. They finally gave up & settled in a sun puddle."
Our question is:
Have you ever heard your Mom say:
"I’m running around like headless 🐔today."
If so, what does it mean?
We are 100% pawsitive her head is normal and we know we did not hear any clucking.
So far we have not seen any eggs!!
MOL BOL LOL
Lovingly your friends Kat and Pup
PS
FYI Rocky marches to the beat of his own drum...nothing phases him.
we know if we are on the way to a new adventure... and we make sure that no one will furget us at home LOL
ReplyDeleteWell...clucking would be impossible being headless! 🧐
ReplyDeleteThere is often a lot of running around like a headless chicken here.
ReplyDeletefirst let me state, this is my most favorite of all photos of Pup and Kat! it is purrfect in every way... still laughing at Hootin A's comment, can't cluck without a head. brahahaha.... It is great they have one person who doesn't get flustered, good job Rocky. I do know that Beau feeds off his mamas actions/feelings. he feels what I am putting out, even if I run around clucking the sky is falling
ReplyDeleteMy mom has a superBusy day now and again but she's never described herself as headless☺
ReplyDeleteoh yes, your mom is not the only one
ReplyDeleteYep, Mom's say some very odd things sometimes. We just ignore them if they don't make any sense.
ReplyDeleteHari OM
ReplyDeletePup and Kat, I live in a constant state of headless chookiness... something to do with age and .... nope.... just age.... Hugs, wags, whiskeries, YAM-aunty xxx
I can't get this published
ReplyDeleteRocky is a ginger... gingers march to the beat of their own drum from my experience. I definitely feel like a chicken without a head often!
DeleteNeither of our parents have ever described themselves as not having a head thankfully. We know you all will be happy with the results of your headless mom when you go on your wheelie house adventure. BOL!
ReplyDeleteYep ~ have times like that ~ usually means I am rushing or trying 'to push the river' ~ It don't work ~ LOL ~ Fun post and sweet photos ~ Xo
ReplyDeleteHugs to Angel Madi ~

LOVE that phrase about pushing the river! New to me.
DeleteI've used that phrase many times. It's what we do. Nothing wrong with that.
ReplyDeleteYou two are so precious.
Thank you for joining the Happy Tuesday Blog Hop.
Have a fabulous Happy Tuesday. Hugs. ♥
Oh Gosh. MY mom says it many MANY times. And she really is running around like a chicken with its head off. XXX
ReplyDeleteAnd by the way, that picture of the both of you is great! You both look snuggable!
ReplyDeleteGail doesn't really do the headless chicken thing. Which is a great relief.
ReplyDeleteToodle-oo!
Nobby.
Mama runs around more like the the Rabbit that is always late in Alice and Wonderland BOL!
ReplyDeletexoxo,
Sunny & Rosy
Glad you found some sun. I always run around like a chicken with my head cut off. :) XO
ReplyDeleteWe don't have any chickens here Pup, well, unless you count Simon!
ReplyDeleteThe only headless chickens we have here are in the freezer. Although our two sister princess puppies, Rosie and Baby, can make a lot of chaos, so we can appreciate the analogy.
