Thank you to our
A few weeks ago I had this photo up for Symmetry Saturday. Many expressed hopes that I would give an update. This day they were putting finishing touches on an irrigation system.
Today, on HAPPY Tuesday, here is an update. I took this photo on my EMW on Sunday. It was overcast, chilly and breezy. As I approached the house, I noticed they now have sod laid.
I love the front porch rails and that YELLOW door.
I'll be MIA for several hours today
We're celebrating my brother in laws birthday by taking
Goodberry treat over to his house.
Wow! That absolutely beautiful!
ReplyDeleteit is so great to see how a house becomes a home that way ;O)
ReplyDeleteThat's a nice change. I do hope they enjoy it once it's grown into itself.

ReplyDeleteLooking smart! YAM xx
That looks nice, and the yellow door is cheerful.
ReplyDeleteIt is fun to watch progress. Not sure about the whole look, but maybe once the plants grow a bit.
ReplyDeleteI would love a night photo, bet its beautiful. Yellow is my fav color for birds and flowers, but not doors. I have noticed every color in a crayon box on doors here. hardly a house has a white/black door, most are bright colors and yellow is a fav along with aqua and rose. looking out my window right now the two door I can see are white. the house one over is neon green with dark aqua house, like the ones in Columbia. Have fun deliving the birthday treat
ReplyDeleteFresh sod... always beautiful to see. The house and yard have a nice makeover. Do enjoy the birthday celebration. I had to google Goodberry :)
ReplyDeleteWe would love to see a shot with the lights on someday. Have fun celebrating your BIL's birthday.
ReplyDeleteI would be checking on that home too. Beautiful.
ReplyDelete♪♫Happy Birthday♫♪ to your brother in law.
Thank you for joining the Happy Tuesday Blog Hop.
Have a fabulous Happy Tuesday. Big hug. ♥
I LOVE that walk way and the yellow door! Sod is the way to go if you can afford it. I did that once.. $$$$$$$ for the foot yard. It was glorious. But those efforts were some few years ago and now, because of poor mowing while I was at work etc. they managed to kill the grass after a year. (too short) (I complained and it did not good).
ReplyDeleteWow! What a beautiful home!
ReplyDeleteA very Happy Birthday to your BIL!
hugs,
Beth
