Thankful to Raz and Thoroughly Poetic Thursday #122

Tabby Brian and his siblings on

I thank  Raz for being Madi's devoted virtual beau.  They attended so many Blogville functions together.

The donkey ride on Smoke was such fun.

Below is a collage of some of the Virtual Dates they had.

They took a train ride, kicked up their paws at a Blog 50's dance,
dressed to the 9's for a fancy Queen of Hearts dance.
A quick trip around the moon, to the drive in in a fancy Sports car and dined around the world.

Poetic Thursday hosted by our pals Teddy and Angel Sammy

Here is today's inspiration

In the summer many take journeys

they can be hot, humid day trips

No matter if by car, boat or on foot

traffic jams are not easy

'cause the heat makes me queasy.

  3. Good words for the photo. The heat just wears us all out and sucks the fun out of being outdoors.

  5. Nice remembrance of Raz and Madi together for me. I hadn't been around for much of that I don't think. The heat sucks the life out of me in Florida. Just ugh. The mornings have been cloudy and cooler. It's been nice, the AC doesn't run as much. I get so tired of the AC.

  6. Such sweet memories of Raz and Madi and their special relationship. That's a great poem for the picture. It looks like the canal is at capacity.

  15. Madi and Raz were a wonderful and fun couple.....what great time we all had at Cat Scouts in the "old days"........We also think you did a wonderful job with the poem today - it was a crazy photo - Mom and Dad both said they would LOVE to be on a canal boat vacation in the UK but not if that many boats were alongside! No thanks!

    Hugs, Teddy

  16. We were so sad to read about Raz! Mom LOVED them as a couple and we KNOW that Madi was there to greet him when he walked over the bridge!
We also LOVE your poem too! We are not back blogging full time. Mom is still having trouble with her eyes and she gets dizzy when she is on the computer too long. But we will try!
Keep being awesome! Purrs Marvelous Marv
