Awww Monday with Harper

 Thank you to our

Host Comedy Plus

In mid October, when Harper was adopted from Island Rescue she  6 months old.  From day one she was all about meeting and greeting everyone.  Frisco's is 8 y.o. now; however, since Harper arrived his inner kitten as emerged.  They run and chase and hide.  Frisco likes to know where his sisters are is all the time.  Mia is normally easy to find.  You cannot blink for a nano second or you will miss Hurricane Harper.  She loved playing with the zipper string on my coat.

While we were visiting, I kept commenting on Harper's long tail.  Her Dad recently measured all 13" of it?!

Her very favorite toy (after playing with Frisco) is a red hot chili pepper that came as a freebie in a Chewy.com order.  She loves playing with it on the couch by her Mommy,

She totes it everywhere she goes and talks to it constantly. Every now and then she hides her favorite toys.  Her staff is so very worried she will hide it and forget where she put it.  They tried to order more from Chewy.com but they are out of stock.

Top left photo you will see Mia in the chair, which is her Dad's chair.  She is a Daddy's girl.  If he sits, she sits. She warms up his chair while patiently for him to come.  Harper is taking a short break under the ottoman.

The photos below are the first photos we received of Harper.

Will she or won't she  grow into her long legs and lush lady tail

I was never able to hold Harper she was on the move.  She gave me many sniffs of approval.  Next visit she will remember me.

  6. Harper looks to be a very happy kitten that she has been saved. And would you look at those cute little white paws. It does make you want to just pick them up and hold them even though sometimes they don't quite understand what we humans are trying to do.

  7. Don't forget those giant satellite dishes on her head, aka ears. She has to grow into those too. She will be a big kitty! Puppies bring out the inner puppy in older dogs too. Bailie loves to have wild moments with Nelson.

  9. Wow on the 13 inch tail, it is very long and she is adorable, the ears captured me right away... they all look so happy and I know they were a huge enjoyment to you while there. about the beloved pepper. our dog Max had a pig that we called lamby, no idea why that name. he carried it and used it as a pacifier to put himself to sleep, over many years, about 10 I think, it got worse and worse, the stuffing was gone, and still he sucked on it to put himself to sleep. it was always near. the neighbors had a baby sale in their yard and i found the exact same one. He never touched it and when he died he still had the rags of the other one..
