Dearest Cecilia, Crystal Coast is purrfect for this time of winter when the sky can be clear but cold. It will be sunny later in the day here but crisp. Some frosty nights coming our way later in the week... So glad that our four kitties live a cozy and sheltered life at our home. Hugs, Mariette
Extremely beautiful, and even more so because I don't see any snow on the ground, lol. We actually are going to have clear sky this morning for the first time in about 10 or 12 days. And it's also eight degrees.
I popped out to see why the crystal coast and found it is because chamber of commerce said the water was like crystals. i see that. the other thing i found was the question, what is the nicname of NC coast? answer is, graveyard of the Atlantic. 2000 boats on the rocks. wow.. no matter the name the coast is gorgeous!
The price of eating out is just insane at so many places. We have found a few that we find reasonable. It is nice to see green and blues as we are living in white and greys. A big storm hit yesterday . . . . no power for the day, so now we are behind on life in new ways! Hope you are well. Lee and Phod
What a beautiful scene, thanks for sharing it. I lived close to water growing up in Stockholm, a city built on 14 islands, with a magnificent archipelago out in the Baltic Sea. Then in other places. Now that I live in the mountains, I hope to be able to visit the California coast sometime in the spring. It's been far too long since I saw the ocean.
MY boys loved going the several times they did, from Charlotte. They both have many pictures they brought back both times. I love to see your features about NC. xo
