the trees are my favorite symmetry. I wish I had a wall like this around our entire property. I am thinking that is a chimney with a fire place in the enclosure. it seems odd they put it towards the street and I am surprised the code people let them. I would love and out door room, or would have when young enough to use it.. I like the staggered steps, they look almost like they were put there by nature
It would be interesting to peek behind the wall! I'm having visions of something posh, with a grilling chimney like that. Something yummy cooking, anyway! Maybe it's home to a chef. 🤔
Hari Om Interesting that, like Sandra, I wondered at the planning permission! That aside, the bricks themselves provide excellent symmetry to gaze upon...YAM xx
Mom loves a brick home. We don't see a lot of them here, but we do have one at the corner of our street. AND they have a brick sidewalk - but it isn't yellow, so we can't quite follow the yellow brick road.
Please leave a meow or bark for Angel Madi...her assistant (aka Mom) will respond in a timely fashion. =^..^= Life is short, spend it with those who make you laugh “Worry never robs tomorrow of its sorrow, it only saps today of its joy.” (Leo F. The wall is very beautiful, we wonder what's behind it😸😸Double Pawkisses for a Happy Weekend🐾😽💞
ReplyDeleteThe wall is lovely with the holes in it, but I wish the pillar wasn't as big. It must surely obstruct their view.

ReplyDeleteThat is an amazing brick wall that they have built. And if that is part of a cooking chimney, someone must be quite the outdoor grill person.

I think it is the brickwork.
ReplyDeleteWe'll give our paws up and admiration to the "brick layers" who performed the beautiful and always artistic and meticulous work.
ReplyDeleteThat is a beautiful brick wall but it's too bad that it hides the house behind it.
ReplyDeleteThe brick! It would be very interesting to see the inside. Lovely and interesting photo today!
ReplyDeleteWe thought that was a very strange looking house until you mentioned that it was behind the beautiful brick wall!
ReplyDeleteI really like the way the chimney and wall line up purrfectly!
ReplyDeleteThat is a nice house. Is it one of the piggy's houses? :) XO
ReplyDeleteLet's huff and puff and try to blow the house in!
DeleteAwesome brick house and fence ~ hugs,

This will be odd probably but I LOVE those steps.

ReplyDeleteWoos - Misty and Timber
That is cool
ReplyDeleteIt is certainly very symmetrical. I'll bet the outdoor area is lovely.
ReplyDeleteHmm, can't decide between the steps and the top part of the brick wall that is not solid.
