What a brilliant color that is even in the shade. I hope in a few weeks to start seeing them up here. We had magnolia trees and they did get the bloom fairly well before the freezes turn them brown. I had Sunshine yesterday and will again today.
MY beautiful lavender azaleas after 20 years got a fungus and died. Mom tried and tried to help them. She appealed to knowledgable people on Face Book, her blogs everywhere but they died.
I think your azaleas are happy there! Beautiful color. My Granddad had azaleas in his yard and my Dad loved them. We are not lucky when it comes to blooming garden stuff. We stick with trinette bushes... we haven't killed them yet :)
So pretty and I love those pops of color in Spring....ours are CLOSE to full bloom but all the cold weather has slowed them down a lot this year. We also had a lot of ice damage from a wicked winter and had to trim the dead stuff out which means they are having to struggle back to full beauty!
Your azaleas are beautiful I keep telling myself I need to plant some, after my other ones all died (I don't remember why, so maybe I should just forget it, LOL!).
Please leave a meow or bark for Angel Madi...her assistant (aka Mom) will respond in a timely fashion. =^..^= Life is short, spend it with those who make you laugh!! “Worry never robs tomorrow of its sorrow, it only saps today of its joy.” (Leo F. Buscaglia) TONS OF HUGS
Beautiful shade for azaleas & everything looks fresh & clean after the rain❣️
ReplyDeleteThank you for visiting my boys.
DeleteThe azaleas look lovely. I have only the red one flowering right now, but the other bushes have lots of buds coming.
ReplyDeleteSo lovely ... we've not yet had the pleasure of seeing them bloom, perhaps soon.

Azaleas are hard to grow here, we tried and lost them. there are a few. I do miss these beautiful flowers. Savannah should be ablaze with them now..
ReplyDeleteI have never had luck with azaleas. Bummer because they are so beautiful!

ReplyDeleteGorgeous in any weather! Everything is SO green and lush....wistful sigh. :-)
ReplyDeleteSo pretty. I planted a couple azaleas one year. They were good for that summer and then they died. I'm horrible at planting things.
ReplyDeleteHow pretty your azaleas are. Ours are a few weeks away from blooming yet.
