Nature Friday host LLB Gang
Mom Beth and the Girls made a beautiful new
Nature Friday Badge honoring the Memory of our friend Gail
Dear Auntie HiC,
The Peeps have been reminiscing about their past RV trips to the Oregon coast by looking at old photographs.
They camped on the beachside of the campground, with easy access to the endless, empty beach. (Camper under trees at top of bluff).
Mom says, “You haven’t lived until you travel cross-country in an RV with three exuberant Labs!”
Honestly, Mom cherishes those trips as some of the happiest moments of her life.
Zack, Sassy, and Buddy thought the deserted beach was Doggo Paradise. There were no leash laws on the beaches, and when there were no other dogs in sight, they “ruled” the beach!
Take a trip down memory lane with this vintage video, captured using an old camera by Mom back in the day!
It appears to us as nothing more than a vast sandbox!

Vast sand box oh my cats with its own flushing system.
I did so love this walk down memory lane!!!
I virtually knew and loved that trio of adorable, loving obedient Buddy, and Zack were the first Princes and Sassy the Princess of MT HARLAND. They paved a path of gold, for all of you, to the hearts of mom and Dad
Lovingly Auntie HiC

I am happy to introduce you to my very, very, very first
BGF (best girlfriend forever) in Blogville!!
SASSY
Sassy's Mom, Ms. Kit, encouraged Mom to start our blog. Mom told Ms. Kit she did not know where to begin or what to say...MOL
Obviously Mom got over those issues quickly.
Sassy's Mom, Ms. Kit, was the first person Mom ever met with a blog. Sassy is the reigning Diva-dog at Dog Daze (blog currently on hiatus). She has two handsome bros, Buddy (big Madi sigh)and Zack.
We thank Ms. Kit for finding just the right picture for us to use today
NOSE TAPS TO MY BGF, Sassy, Buddy and Zack
That is a beautiful beach and perfect for the dogs to have such fun. Madi was certainly Sassy, and that is a lovely photo of Sassy.
ReplyDeleteWonderful memories. Thank goodness Ms. Kit helped you to decide to blog.
ReplyDeleteHari OM
ReplyDeleteOh yes, that was a wonderful film to watch! And such fond memories for Miss C, too. The camera was a great invention to help as an aide memoire! YAM xx
Beautiful, amazing, wonderful ... we need to pull out a thesaurus for more great adjectives ... could add a-hundred more!
ReplyDeleteLoved the video of the ocean. To travel with three large dogs would definitely take some planning. But then to travel with three kitties would take a lot more planning to keep them entertained inside. So glad you both are here to show off pictures and blog. Happy Friday
ReplyDeleteWhat a fun video. You can see the joy in those dogs running free and loving life.
ReplyDeleteI don't know Ms Kit but I'm glad she convinced you to start blogging.
A beautiful beach! Who doesn't love the beach? Dogs seem to always love the beach and the water. Madi was a Sassy little girl and her idea of Sassy is a great BGF!
ReplyDeleteWhat a fun trip down memory lane for Madi and her lab friends.
ReplyDeleteMadi & Sassy were sassy sisters from different mothers❣️ Miss them both terribly.
ReplyDeleteLove the video. The pups were sure having tons of fun on the beach and in the water! Bless Miss Kit for getting you to blog♥
ReplyDeleteOh how we miss RVing in the Pacific Northwest. Even with small crazy pups, we know the feeling of joy they felt(especially Arty) when faced with a large open beach!
ReplyDeletehugs,
Beth and the Girls
Nice flashback photos and I always enjoy seeing ANgel Madi. XO
ReplyDeleteWhat a wonderfully fun beach time that was, for everyone! A private beach is amazing!
ReplyDeleteFun trips, fun memories, and what a great way to make friends. Thank you for linking up with Feline Friday.
