Love those giraffes! Toys R Us went into liquidation in 2018 in the UK, but I think I remember reading they have started opening some franchise stores again.
When my kids were little we made many trips to Toys R Us. I used to break out into song singing their jingle whenever the discussion of maturity came up.
love the tigers and giraffes, never visits a Toys R Us, way over my purse strings and besides my kids are 60, so probably it was not around when they were kids. K=mart came out when my boys were 10 and 12 and after that I left Sears and Pennys for Kmart and then Walmart. most toys were Sears catalog
We heard that Toys R Us was going to open a few stores. We hope we get one here. Toy selections are poor around here. Those stuffies are huge and amazing.
That is a beautiful afghan, and I'm sure it was a lot of hours in the making. I want the tiger stuffie...and the giraff family, LOL! BTW, lovely fall header.
Please leave a meow or bark for Angel Madi...her assistant (aka Mom) will respond in a timely fashion. =^..^= Life is short, spend it with those who make you laugh!! “Worry never robs tomorrow of its sorrow, it only saps today of its joy.” (Leo F. Buscaglia) TONS OF HUGS

ReplyDeleteI hope the store does well. Such wonderful things for kids these days, and such lovely (and tempting) displays for passers by.

Love the giraffes and tiger!
ReplyDeleteJust what we needed are a few life-size stuffed animals in the living room, lol. Make me think that I'm watching PBS Nature every night. Happy Sunday
ReplyDeleteI love them! I think our Toys R Us might be closing or perhaps moving location. I will have to check your afghan now, I missed yesterday!

ReplyDeleteA fun collection of stuffies for the Toys R Us window.
ReplyDeleteOh gosh, I would love that tiger just for ME! Don't know what Katie would say though.
ReplyDeleteI thought Toys R Us had gone out of business. Love the giraffe family! You have a sweet and colorful header and Madi is right in the center!

I thought Toys R Us was out of business. Our Macy's has a section with their stuff, but no stand alone stores. XO
ReplyDeleteThose are some super cool toys!

ReplyDeleteNice window display.
ReplyDeleteI do enjoy looking at the toys. Now we've got a granddaughter, I wouldn't mind a stroll through a toy store again.
