WOW.....we love having maples in the yard - their leaf color in Fall is so amazing and while we hate all the leaves that need raking, we don't mind raking those beautiful red, orange and yellow maple leaves!!!!
Definitely the red leaves were much more beautiful than those bare twigs. I know just how it looks for you now. Have a great sunday. It's super windy up here today with a high of 45. Oh yes that's right now later this afternoon it's going to drop, lol.
Beautiful RED! Nekked works for me too when it comes to trees :) Both are lovely framed by your skylight. Your skylight has a life of its own on the blog... so many fun photos and references to it for Madi's sun puddles♥
The red tree was so pretty. It's a shame it didn't last very long. Ours haven't been as pretty this year as previous years. The weather folks say due to the weather we've had. Most of our leaves are now down, and blowing around the neighborhood.
Those leaves sure disappeared in a short time! They did make quite a statement when they were still on their branches. Now they are naked for the cold season...something doesn't quite seem right about that heh?!
Please leave a meow or bark for Angel Madi...her assistant (aka Mom) will respond in a timely fashion. =^..^= Life is short, spend it with those who make you laugh!! “Worry never robs tomorrow of its sorrow, it only saps today of its joy.” (Leo F. Buscaglia) TONS OF HUGS
The maple looked lovely with all of her leaves.

ReplyDeleteD says he’ll come blow leaves in exchange for collards & cornbread. 😹
Tell D I still don't have my collards...there has not been a hard frost..which is what makes collards the best. I'm still hoping
