That looks like a really cute book. The picture and poem made me laugh. What an awkward way to try and swing that club. I would fall out of that tree for sure.

  6. Fun to see that the book was available to buy and I bet it is a good one I'll have to look for it. Funny picture with a funny poem. Funny thing here is I took my walk yesterday and unfortunately all the pink azaleas and pink magnolia trees are now Brown and wilted. But at least we've had Sunshine 3 days in a row!

  7. What a cute little book! Love it. That golfer in the tree reminds Mom of her gold predicaments back when she used to play golf.

  8. I received my copy of My Friend Joanie on Easter Sunday and it was the best thing about Easter. Ellen and Rylee did a wonderful job writing Joanie's book. I smile when I see and page through it every day. The illustrations are adorable! It's in my library along with Prancie's Prayer and I Am Not a Skunk, also about 15 and Meowing Crew kitties Prancie and Emmy.
Your poem is short, sweet and funny! Golf is not my thing but driving SSNS around in a golf cart was a lot of fun!
