Sunday: Cat's Bill of Rights #5

I have the right to tip over any water container I deem unsuitable for consumption.
I, Madi, am thrilled to report I have NEVER had to do this. My PetMate filter water fountain always has fresh, rippling, enticing water in it. Thanks to Mom!!!
Signed,
Madi
PS....be sure to drop by on Monday...we have an update on the Mysterious Scooter that has been on our cul-de-sac for 3 weeks!!!

  1. Hi Madi & Mom,

Hope you are having a great weekend. Madi, we can tell you really like your water fountain. It looks like you are guarding it or maybe you like the sound of the bubbling water.

The mysterious scooter? Has the mystery finally been solved? Did CSI Madi solve the crime? We will tune in on Monday to find out.

    J and Cindi Lou

  7. You are a lucky cat, Miss Madi. My four never took to the water fountain. They told me that they would rather drink out of bowls scattered all over the house. So, that is what they get, of course.

  8. That scooter is STILL there? Strange.... BTW -- Beth told me to tell you that Ozabella's lady friend came to visit....I don't know what THAT means....

  10. Hey Madi we think its fun to tip over all the water bowls and see the humans come running.

  11. Oh my, the sound of the running water fountain drives me bonkers! I had to turn ours off!

  12. Uh oh, now Raider wants one of those automatic water bowls, too!
His water has to be at least 50 degrees and just poured a minute ago!
The scooter is still there?! Can't wait to see tomorrow's blog!

  13. Mom says she learned a long time ago abouts this pawticular article in the Cat's Bill of Rights. My Angel Kitteh Sister Molly was apparently an expert at tipping over water glasses and mom learned real fast to put away her glasses when she was finished drinking outta them!

PeeS. I can't wait to hear abouts the scooter!

  14. Hi, Madi!
    Your water fountain is pawesome!
My mom has to change my water more than 3 times a day because I want it clear and fresh all the time!
    Happy Sunday!

  15. PS [To "mom"]....reading your comment you left for me this afternoon...we are close in so many areas.

[now to Madi] Oh, and I was cleaning out the camera chip this morning and playing around...after deleting those I didn't want on the chip any longer, I started taking photos of our kitties, and Madi, I thought of YOU!!!

  17. Hi Madi! We have missed visiting. Our worthless Mommy is doing something called "time off", whatever.

Your fountain looks clean, cool and refreshing! We like ours, too.

We can't wait to read the scooter update...the plot thickens...

  18. We don't tip the bowls over but we do put our paws in and dig the water out.

  19. My feline siblings have very weird water habits. Rosie refuses to drink from a dish, but instead prefers to wait for drips of water from the bathtub faucet - seriously she sits and waits for it to drip! Sweet Pea avoids the dish as well and waits for one of the humans to set down a glass of water and then makes his move (sticking paw in glass and tipping it over).

Can you explain these strange kitty behaviors!?

    Your pal, Pip

  21. I used to have one of those cool water things, but it broke!

Guess what? My mom person & I have created a new blog at www.PetBlogsUnited.com.

We'd love it if you would come over and check it out & become a member. It's a great new place for pet bloggers to find each other, and get an opportunity to be a featured blog!
