ReplyDeletehahaha, the kids in the trees looked like us when we were kids. Don't know how the poor trees lived through us.
ReplyDeleteWe were in West Jefferson once - we were camping at Grayson Highlands and a tropical storm came through and it rained for 3 days straight. We drove there in desperation for something to do. We didn't see ANY of the cool stuff because the streets were flooded 2 feet deep, we WADED into a restaurant for lunch then drove straight back into the mountains. Obviously we missed a very pretty little town! Good luck with your email - that really is so frustrating.
ReplyDeleteSo pretty! Our Mom really likes those murals, especially the one with the colorful fall trees!
ReplyDeleteLots of cool things to see and do!
ReplyDeleteI love the sculpture and I like that top right corner mural best of all. I think murals really add to a building and I am glad they have started doing this in our town and also the outdoor sculptures. hope your email is loading. and oh no on your list.
ReplyDeleteThose are nice wall murals but the BEST one is upper right!!! We think that one is a real work of art!

Love murals painted in towns and cities. St. Louis has some fun murals. I really like the fall trees that you photographed. The sculptures of the kids playing are charming. Hope you get your internet to behave. We have been having trouble all summer with connectivity issues and now it is continuing into fall. Madi I do believe you are sitting outside in the hall listening to your Mom saying HBO words!!!
ReplyDeleteGhostwriter had to laugh at the sculpture of the kids at play. While she did that kind of thing when she was little, these days it would never happen! Heaven forbid someone would fall down and break a fingernail! (Did I see a doggie at the bottom of that sculpture?)
ReplyDeleteGreat photos.
ReplyDeleteThose are very cool pretty Madi! Techy problems are not cool though, we know that first paw!
ReplyDeleteWe sure hope the email problem gets fixed soon. That sure is some nice artwork.
