If you did not see my post on 1/24/17, click here FIRST
Today's 2nd photo was taken on 1/23/17. Mom said I must have had a sick Sixth sense about the post....
Madi I'm eating crow because you are a crazy cat.
We've had this new floor since August 2016.
You have refused to do anything except walk through this room
never sit in it. In spite of the fact that I have left several mats, towels etc down
for you to sit.
Then the very day I am planning yet another story about your dislike, get it posted with photos
I see you sitting on top of the square of carpet sample. Some how you squeezed
your girly figure onto the mat with all your Yeow!!! Sardines.
I officially RETRACT my story of 1/24/17 and will no longer
say your hate this room.
Breaking news: 10:00 am
Gracie, the Highlander aka BAR mobile has her

Keep Mom guessing, Madi
ReplyDeletegood things need a while... and miracles and surprises can happen efurry day... ;O)))))
ReplyDeleteI guess the carpet square did the trick!
ReplyDeleteThat carpet square looks like the perfect place to hang out Madi. Us older folks like something soft to sit or lie on. You all have a great day.
ReplyDeleteGlad you are liking the room now Madi.
ReplyDeleteYa gotta confuse em.
ReplyDeleteDoesn't your Mum know it always takes a while before we cats get used to a new place. Even if it is an old place! New smells are hard to get used to you know...
ReplyDeleteMiss Oswin from Norway
Haha, always expect the unexpected!
ReplyDeleteCricket wishes she could eat crow - when she is out she runs after them as fast as she can trying to catch one but they are still too fast (thank goodness).
Elliot and Cricket x
Always Keep Mom Guessing!!! ha ha and MOL on her... I wonder if the floor feels funny on your paw pads....
ReplyDeleteShe might be in the room but she looks like she is on an iceberg and can't/won't get off for fear of touching that floor. Of course she must have walked across the floor at some point to get to her food downstairs.
ReplyDeleteheehee, Madi.......you kitties make us eat crow all the time.
ReplyDeleteTeeHeeHee...Isn't it fun when you prove your Mama wrong Madi?? We do it allll the time!!
ReplyDeleteSmileys!
Arty, Dory, Jakey & Bilbo
so funny how particular she is! so glad she's coming around. I love the colors of your floor!
ReplyDeleteone time I had a Toyota 4 Runner as a rental while my suv was being repaired and I loved it. It was comfy like a car, but had all the suv advantages. :)
hugs,
Marie
Madi we agree new things could be quite scary
ReplyDeleteLily & Edward
Of course, we felines do things our own way. In our own time. And nothing is quite as much fun as making our people look.... silly!! We do it to our mom all. the. time.
ReplyDeleteGracie has to have a Check up???? Will she have to get Shots and Thingys Stuck where NOTHING should EVER be Stuck? Hope she gets a good report.
ReplyDeleteOMC Madi... You did GRRRRRREAT getting your mom to EAT CROW. THAT is super.. You really are Good at keeping her IN THE DARK.
What would we all do without carpet samples? The cats love them!
ReplyDeleteThat is too funny.
ReplyDeleteCarpet samples? We think our Mom needs to get up some of those! And we think that's a very pretty room.
ReplyDeleteMOL! We're always making a liar out of her, too.
ReplyDeleteIf it fits you sits pretty Madi!
ReplyDeletePeeps can be liars sometimes, BOL
ReplyDeleteI know the only reason you're on that carpet is so your Mom couldn't make FUN of you hating the floor anymore (I know you still hate the floor though!). Tee Hee
ReplyDeleteHugs, Angel Sammy
Just read your comment. SHE has her coffee AFTER walks because SHE's developing one of those menopausal bladders! BOL!
ReplyDeleteIt is the start of the school year here. It is broken up into four 10-week terms, depending on Easter dates, or other public holidays, separated by 2-week breaks. Occasionally there's an 11-week term, or even a 9-week term. Then there are about 6 weeks summer break beginning just before Christmas.
