Continued...what was behind the plastic

Dad had cabinets built in his train room...I'm sure they are for this kitty has had something to play on.

Pictures taken Week of 9/3/18

The cabinet, shelves and doors have all been painted. However, due to all the humidity they are slow drying we were told to leave them open for a WHILE.  NOW the painter has to come back for touch up work on the doors.  Maybe by first frost we can close them.
Also we are waiting on the laminate top to be installed.

  4. Those are some nice looking cabinets, Madi. Yeah, the humidity sure can play games with such things. Recently painted doors and drawers, though dry, are a little stubborn to open over here. Here's to riding out the storm, my friend and neighbor.

  20. Madi, you are a first class supervisor. Bear's really fallen down on the job the older he gets - but you're right there in the thick of it. We hope you all are safe in the face of the storm.

  22. We bet your Dad is very happy with his new cabinets. We need to have our kitchen cabinets freshened up with some new stain, but Mom says it means we have to be out of the house for weeks on end. She keeps telling Dad, no way, they are fine as they are.

Hope you are all kept safe from the storm.
