Happy Tuesday

Many years ago there was a contest in the art community in Raleigh, which is the home of the WolfPack aka N. C. State University. I have featured many around the town but kept forgetting this one.

Below are a few of the other Wolves
each wolf is unique and all made from a variety of material

This guy keeps watch over Logan's Seaboard Café area

Below photo is not part of the Art Community Contest
It is made of bronze you can read it at the link below

What a beautiful day to wander around Centennial campus at NCSU. These magnificent wolves are by Dick Idol, NCSU alumni, www.dickidol.com

  6. I love them. They did catfish in downtown Jackson one year. It was so neat to see the creativity of the artists.

  8. I am wracking my brain trying to remember which animal Knoxville had everywhere...creative art...probably 10 or so years ago. I love when towns or organizations do that.

  19. I sure would hate to see one of the statues in the dark and not know it was a statue! They really are terrific, though.
