Kit, aka mom of Pup, Kat and Rocky, sent me this with a note saying
"This is us Sister". We are both only children. We have adopted each other as 'Heart Sisters'. Kit and I are Southern gals thru and thru.

I agree, the last one is lion!
ReplyDeleteThe first time I heard myself on video many years ago I couldn't believe how Westcountry I sounded. A proper *Janner!
*Janner - a native of Plymouth but often used to cover the whole of Devon and Cornwall
My sis had trouble with the last one, but got there in the end.

ReplyDeleteHave a fabulous Thankful Thursday, my friend. Big hug. ♥
Such a fun bunch of goodies today! We understand the country thing and the southern thing. Every once in a while the Dad will turn on closed captioning on the TV when the southern news is on, it's pretty much a hoot reading the weird captions!
ReplyDeleteKit's thought about her accent cracks me up. When I hear my recorded voice I swear I don't know who that person is!
ReplyDeleteSeaboard and Cedar Creek AND Falls Lake... so many beautiful places! Love the spidey!

ReplyDeleteI actually like cornbread!!
ReplyDeleteI guess if I were to record my voice I'd sound like a Midwestern hudpucker!! You know what a hudpucker is right? Maybe I should say chic farmhand.
Anyway loved the tour and naturally your Halloween spider!! Keep 'em coming.
Mmmmm, cornbread!!
ReplyDeleteSuch a well designed gallery...so many nice items!!
It took me awhile to get the Animal Opposites, but when I did, boy did I laugh!!
We love that stained glass!!! MOL @ the Animal Opposites!!
ReplyDeleteMom says you have a very lovely voice and nothing like cornbread at all!!!
ReplyDeleteIf Mom ever set foot in that Cedar Creek Gallery she would need to bring a lot of green papers because she sees so much she loves.
Woos - Lightning, Misty, and Timber
Beautiful art. And that is a cool spider. XO
ReplyDeleteWhat a great way to decorate a lamppost for Halloween!
ReplyDeleteWe love it when you take us through trips of the Cedar Creek Gallery! They have such unique items. I gotta say that I LOVE the list of animal opposites and the Lamp Post SPEAKS to me! I LOVE it!
ReplyDeleteWe love the sound of cornbread
ReplyDeleteLOL BOL on the opposites!
ReplyDeleteI really like the soap bars with pictures of animals, but my favorite in your pictures is the blown glass lamp, and then the table next to it. Cute opposites.
