Serene Sunday

I snapped this photo Saturday on our weekly ride after our lunch at Seaboard.
This handsome black Labrador was Supervising his staff
blowing leaves about.

  1. Looks like that Labrador is a lot calmer that Nobby, who loves to rush up and bark at the noisy leaf blowers in Duthie Park!

  2. It looks deceptively peaceful as I am sure the leaf blower was making a lot of noise.

  3. What a beautiful area in which to live. A lot of maintenance, though, but peaceful...at least when the leaf-blowing is done. 🙂

  4. Guess that labrador was just pondering the WHY of the leaves blowing.
Why not let nature handle its own course?
In the woods nobody is blowing leaves...
We just have them mulched and let them be!

  7. Thankfully I don't have to chase our leaves anymore this year. However the wind up here is starting to pick them up and move them around a little from where I had them stored.

  8. A festive and sweet new header with Angel Madi right in the center♥ I remember the days of leaf blowing. A scenic ride after Seaboard... sounds like a very nice Saturday to me!

  9. We wonder if that lab jumped into the piles of leaves when they were all mounded up. BOL!

  11. LOVE the area...anywhere you show us, really. As I said. Raleigh is definitely vying with Charlotte in my favorite list.

  12. Yard work most certainly needs a snoopervisor!

  13. Even if Mr. Lab didn't jump into the leaf pile, I sure would have ... just the smell of piled-up-leaves is enticing!

Please leave a meow or bark for Angel Madi...her assistant (aka Mom) will respond in a timely fashion. =^..^=
