ReplyDeleteOMC, Rocky, would you believe that I and The Grey are parked with the back door opening onto a very similar flow of water? Only our Border hills are devoid of trees where I am. And instead of Humming birds, I am watching Swifts! I hope you have a wonderfurs time in Colarado. Hugs and whiskeries, YAM-aunty xxx
Your scenery sounds delightful too❣️
DeleteThat looks like a lovely place to camp. We are still in very low 50s and it needs to start warming up!

We don't do bird feeders but Mom remembers all the hummingbirds at her grandparents house up north when she was a kid, and Gramma used to make that syrup and they had some hummers at home too when she was little.
ReplyDeleteYes, the hummer love the sugar water. I brought 2 bags of sugar! 😹

Hummmers are my passion, & we only see ruby-throated in north Ga, so it’s a thrill to see the different ones❣️

The campground is practically deserted now, but that will change quickly. We plan to be here until the end of May. 😉
DeleteLooks like a nice place. We still need to get our hummingbird feeder out. XO
ReplyDeleteWe still have temps well below freezing, so feeders come in every night.
DeleteOH PARADISE! Seriously. What wonderful scenery and I would think I was in heaven if I saw where the migrating hummingbirds gathered for a rest and food!!
