You and Mom were excitedly hooting and hollering on Saturday, April 5, as our precious hummingbirds arrived on schedule!
Just like cats, hummingbirds are tiny creatures that bring us endless pleasure and joy.
We haven’t named our first hummer yet. Any suggestions?

OMCs yes we do need to name the first humming birds of the season.
My first sighting was a female I think I will name her April and yours was a male how about we name his Aaron. Auntie wonders if you heard her squealing on April 5 at 7:45 am.

Hummingbirds serve as a reminder to cherish and explore the wonders of nature. Possibly my favorite time of year❣️
ReplyDeletewe love them and we think they are fairies and they can grant you 3 wishes... sometimes ;o)
ReplyDeleteLovely to see the hummingbirds back. Our swallows have been arriving back after their long migration.
ReplyDeleteHow about Lander for the first arriver? I got excited when I heard woodpeckers last week... YAM xx
ReplyDeleteI'll be glad when I see one here.
ReplyDeleteFirst I would have loved to have seen the dance! But then if the hummingbird was here I'd be doing one also. Maybe this time next month yours will be here and you will have some new ones from down in the Deep south. Wonderful video.
ReplyDeleteMom isn't into bird feeders but she does love hummingbirds and has such great memories of watching them at the feeder at home and at her grandparents house. Enjoy yours.
ReplyDeleteHooray for the first hummingbird. I've tried many times in the past to attract them but never had much luck
ReplyDeleteMom can't feed them any longer... this being the third year because squirrels decimate the feeder within minutes of putting it out no matter what I have done. The saddest thing for Mom. Who has fed them for years and years.
ReplyDeleteHummingbirds are such amazing birds! You have great "tv" there, especially if you're a kitty. 😺
ReplyDeleteThe hummers are such beautiful little birdies.
ReplyDeleteThe only humming birds I have seen are on videos like these.. I assume they are here but have never seen one...welcome to spring, April and Aaron, or maybe someone else will have a different name. the only thing out side our windows today are the crazy people in the house of 7 cars
ReplyDeleteHow exciting! It will be another month before we see them up here, but our feeders will be ready for them.
ReplyDeleteI am hoping we will see a little hummer miracle this Spring/Summer season. Hope springs eternal!
ReplyDeleteA huge smile here. We always welcome the hummingbirds. We have them year around, but we have mild temperatures here. Such fun to watch them.
ReplyDeleteI had Kymber redo a couple of my new badges. You'll see them when you visit today.
Thank you for joining the Happy Tuesday Blog Hop.

Our kitties are jealous, we never see hummingbirds here!
ReplyDeleteMom keeps hoping to attract some hummers here. We told her it might help if she remembered to put on the feeder:)
