Dear Auntie HiC,
After Pup’s passing, Mom expressed her uncertainty about how she would cope without dogs in her life.
However, she firmly believed that no one could have filled the void left by Pup like I have. I, Kat the Trememdously loving Tabby am VERY THANKFUL I could do this.
I suppose you could say I’m quite extraordinary❣️
❤️ Kat
Today is Poetic Thursday hosted by our pals Teddy and Angel Sammy at
Below is our photo challenge for this week
A beautiful day in nature
makes me happy
this type of gathering
would make me very crabby.
I am very happy you were there to help your Mom through such a sad time. Cute poem and if I had to deal with such a crowd, I would be crabby too.
ReplyDeleteYou are extraordinary, and a great comfort to your mom. I saw you smile as you turned to face the camera, Kat.
ReplyDeleteI hate crowds, and that gathering would make me crabby too.
Kat you were literally a "God-send" for your Mom......that's a wonderful thing. We also think Miss C's poem is SPOT ON!!!
ReplyDeleteHugs, Teddy
But of course you were able to fill the void. Look how sweet you are.And how nice that you were able to help your mom through the loss
ReplyDeleteYep, that situation would not be a fun one for me.
The perfect poem and you Kat, were a doGsend!

ReplyDeleteYay for Kat!
And that boat jam is a nightmare, so your words shine to me! YAM xx
Kat there is no doubt that the minute your mommy saw you she knew that you would help heal any heartbreak she had. And I know Katie Isabella feels the same way about you. We're not too keen on that photograph, talk about up a creek without a paddle. There's no way anybody is going to get out of that creek.
ReplyDeleteMom can't imagine ever being without a dog. She didn't know how it would be not having a cat since she had had a cat since she was seven but she doesn't miss having a cat at all but a dog is a much bigger part of life so it would be really hard to not have one around. Maybe in old age she will feel differently as life is about phases one goes through. Glad kitty helped you live without a dog.
ReplyDeleteIf anyone could heal that heart of yours, Kat would be it. He is love all over, through and through.
ReplyDeletexxxooo Katie
Dear Kat, you are AMAZING and when you looked right in my face I got a huge smile on my face and wished I could hug you... just looking at the boat jam makes me feel crabby and glad I am not there
ReplyDeleteKat is such a sweetie and we think your poem is perfect for that picture.
ReplyDeleteKat is precious ~ sweet kitty ~ I agree I would be crabby too in that crowd or any crowd ~ don't do crowds ~ hugs,
ReplyDeleteHugs to you Cecilia and Angel Madi
