A:MOM HAD  HER EARS LOWERED (aka Southern term for a hair cut) on yesterday.  She came home with some pretty bad smell mail
.  I jumped on the counter to get a better sniff.  I sniffed her ears and her entire face (she loves it when I blow little kitty breaths on her face).  I was meowing at the top of my lungs  "Mom do you know you stink"?  She said the lady before her was getting a permanent and the solution is very strong.
My reply was, Dang right it is strong and I hope it isn't a
permanent smell here!!

  2. HaHaMeow! Madi, you really crack us up! It looks like you're about to give Mom "what-for". We thought you were greeting her at the door, demanding an explanation of where she'd been and dinner. Better put your "stink" back on the Mom tonight, just to ensure she smells ok tomorrow. Hugs from your BFFF, Prancer Pie.

  13. Madi, tell the truth... Did your mom try and color her fur like yours? Cause our mom tries that on occasion and it stinks to high heaven... and she never get's it right... it always goes back to some brown that is just about her own color.

    Hoomans are stupids.

That is so funny that you could smell the "hair dresser's smells" on Mom who
    didn't have the perm!
I'm sure you would be like "The Princess and the Pea" finding that one irritating
    pea under 100 mattresses! LOL

  28. Madi it looked liked an intense play session with a feather wand rather than the perm smell. Maybe that is why it is called a permanent because of the smell that lingers. Meap your BFFF Willow

  29. You do look pretty upset in that picture. My feline sisters always get mad at my mom when she comes home from getting her fur dyed. They don't like the smell either!

  33. Madi, we weren't quite sure what your mom could have done to bring out the wrath of the Diva. We were thinking maybe she forgot to get the Fancy Feast.
Our mama always smells funny after she gets home from that hair place too.

J here, I am laughing myself silly reading all the comments above. Got a kick our of lowering the ears too, haven't heard that one before.
