Nature and Feline Friday in Nevada and Fill Ins

Thanks Comedy Plus for hosting

Thanks LLB Gang for hosting

Pup and I were snuggled up, with visions of sugarplums dancing through our heads this morning,

when Mom yelled, “SNOW!”
I must say, I was a bit skeptical until I looked out the window.

Wow, snow in the Nevada desert!

What a sight to behold!

My attempt at Friday

Thank you Lorriane and Ellen for these great questions.
Lorianne of Four-Legged Furballs came up with second two.

1. My plans for the weekend include taking down the Christmas tree

2. You will never find any kind of U of NC paraphernalia  in my home.  WE are ABC fans; Anybody But Carolina

3. I hope I always have my cup 1/2 full.
4. I hope I never to take myself too seriously.

  1. Oh my goodness - the snow on the Nevada mountains is just gorgeous and there is so much of it! Mom has started taking down Christmas but she can't seem to let all of her little trees go. The lights are so cheerful this time of year.

  2. Being snow lovers, we think it looks absolutely beautiful! We took Christmas down the beginning of the week. Once it is over, we don't feel the need for it anymore. Happy Friday!

  4. The snow on the mountains looks beautiful.
I didn't put up decorations only cards because we go away for Christmas now. The tree and the decorations was mostly for the boys. The cards will come down on Twelfth Night.

  7. I love snow! I wish some would fall over here, but we are well above freezing and it doesn't look as if we are getting anywhere close to it either.

  15. Pup and Kat look precious there snuggling. I love the mountains with snow all over them. Going to Nevada is something I would love to do...if I knew someone who would come with me.

Like the fill-ins. I seem to have quite a few NC things as my son teaches there, BUT my house is earnestly filled with UT things...Good ol' Rocky Top.
