BUSTED

The rest of the story........
I might have mentioned in passing over the years,
Dad and I have OUR morning routine.
IT IS A NO MOM ZONE TOO
Last Saturday we were doing OUR thing when
mom BELLOWED.........MADI WHAT ARE YOU DOING?
I asked Dad if heard anything he said NOPE
I said me neither
THEN I NOTICED THE BATHROOM DOOR WAS CRACKED.....BUSTED
MOM CAUGHT ME
DOING MY PART OF OUR ROUTINE....
WHICH WAS MUNCHING ON THE TP.

I KNOW LOTS OF KITTIES
WHO ADD FIBER TO THEIR DIET BY DOING THIS...IN FACT MILKY-WAY (THE ONE WHO CAME BEFORE ME)
Was a world champion TP eater
However, up until this very day
mom had never seen me partake.  It was mine and Dad's secret...

The screeching was getting on my last nerve
and messing up my digestion
it was time to seek comfort from Dad
the screeching continued followed by
how long has SHE (she being me)
been doing that?
Dad said WHAT?
 MOM SAID
DON'T TELL ME YOU CANNOT SEE

MOL... oh my... angel Madi - in these days of TP equalling gold, you'd be in deep!!! What a great memory. Hugs and whiskeries, YAM-aunty xxx

  2. Fur sure, kitties would get jail time for wasting TP right now.

  3. That was a fun memory. Flynn didn't munch it, but liked to see how far he could stretch it. He managed to get it as far as the garden a couple of times. I think he was hoping to get to the greenhouse with it, but it always ran out before then.

  4. we can all still enjoy Madi's Cat Tales. just too funny and so appropriate for our TP crisis right now... I did not know cats like TP... Madi looks so beautiful in these photos.. love you Angel Madi....

  5. Your post made us smile, Madi☺ I have never been a tp destroyer or eater but angel Maggie did love to eat any kind of paper goods that she found in the small bathroom trash can and mom had to empty it constantly.

  6. Those were fun! Fortunately we all ignore TP here, even Simon!

  7. What fun memories. Millie pulled the TP off the roll and ran down the hall with it once when she was a little pup too. Walter used to steal the used TP rolls from the trash and tear them up. Any pup caught messing with the TP today would be in big trouble. BOL!

  8. Angel Madi, I got caught munching the crispy tissue paper and mom could see some went down my stomach tube so I am not allowed to play with it any more unless supervised!

  9. I, Bertie, regard TP as a slightly inferior product, preferring instead to rummage around in bags left on the floor by visitors to this house, in the hope of finding some tissues of appropriately soft but also fibrous texture. Delish! Sadly, no-one is visiting at the moment...
    Toodle pip!

  10. Thank goodness Da Boyz have forgotten to play with the TP, or we'd be in the soup for sure!

  11. How funny! That's a habit none of my human's cats ever picked up.

  12. You would feel very differently about the tp on the floor these days!

  13. Oh my goodness! That must have been Madi's secret because I NEVER remember hearing that she had a "thing" for playing with the TP! Neither Angel Sammy nor Teddy have any affinity for the white roll thankfully - these days, that might be a criminal offence! HAHAHA

  14. We bet that tp game is a lot of fun, but our "gated" community house keeps us away from those special rooms where that tp appears to reside:(

  15. Feline felony for sure...MOL! I came home once and found that my VERY FIRST scottie had grabbed the end of the TP and run merrily throughout my apt.

  16. LOL LOL LOL!!!! Sweet purrfect Madi was a TP eater?!?!? You are right that it would be a feline felony these days! Shyla has her own TP story. As a puppy, she grabbed the end of the roll and ran around and around our bedroom. TP everywhere! Definitely a felony these days!

  19. I am pretty sure all our kitties were infatuated with TP at some point. They all scratched the roll and it wasn't a surprise to see it rolled out from the bathroom and down the hall a bit. I don't remember them eating it though. These are some sweet pictures of Madi. Love the first picture of her looking up. Her eyes and her pink boopable nose!

  20. Oh dear! I used to mess with the TP when I was a pup. But not anymore.

  21. I have never had a cat eat toilet paper, but have had a few full rolls totally unrolled by someone who will remain nameless.

  22. There’s just something about that paper hanging there teasing...no mocking poor kitties and puppies! We hung ours backwards when the boys were pups.
