As for me...I'm free to just be me.
I will run like the wind.
Giddy up.

My Nephew Kat sent me this email on Tuesday

I’m so happy Dad is home from his star-gazing excursion. Guess what we did first thing this morning?
We’re Best Buds! 😻

❤️ Kat Your Feline Nephew

Dearest Nephew Kat!!
OH my goodness you and Dad are well balanced besties.
I know you furries and your sweet Mom missed him.
Hey did you tell him about that young whippernsapper Rocky trying to get all up in your face and scare you?  What a silly Boy Rocky is.

Lovingly your Auntie HiC

Yesterday I went to Wal-Mart Early...mainly to avoid crowds.
I had a list but the below items were not on my list but I am
100%
VERY
THANKFUL

  1. We love the poem. But think that lady on the horse is very unwise to wear such a long floaty dress in the presence of three dogs!

Loved the horse's voice in the verse... and woohoo, you're gonna be so disinfected! YAM xx

  3. It is very wise to buy extra disinfectant and wipes when you see them. I saw on the news a couple of days ago that they are stripping the shelves bare in Melbourne. Australia. I am making sure I keep my wipes, sprays and TP well stocked up!

  4. We are getting a few of these items back in her Walmart to and for the first time since the shutdown there was a whole Shelf full of dawn so I bought one of the big ones because it's been so hard to even find that. The shelves are looking better but they don't look nearly as good as cat walking on that narrow board. Yay for Daddy being home

  5. Think I'll clone the Clorox/Lysol photo, since there is none in my real world. Love the
dalmation dots of which there certainly are 100+1.

  6. I thought of 101 Dalmations when I saw the picture! Fun seeing Kat... love those short videos with music! We still are lucky to find wipes.

  7. Rocky you have skills.

Of course I like the inspiration picture. I have a thing for gray horses ya know.

SCORE! Glad you found some products at Wally World.

  8. That was a cute poem! Kat, you sure are a great plank walker. I can't believe you found those goodies at Walmart. Thanks for joining our Thankful Thursday Blog Hop!

  9. Love the poem. I love hearing about Kat, Pup and Rocky too. Glad dad is home.

You scored on those three items. For the first time in months the toilet paper aisle was full at Raleys. We were impressed.

Have a fabulous Thankful Thursday, honey. Big hug. ♥

  12. Well that poem is PERFECT.......I love it! As for scoring stuff in the store - we have the same problem although it's gotten better than it used to be. Wish things would get back to normal as far as what we can FIND in our stores!!

    Hugs, Teddy and Mom too

  13. We enjoyed your poem, you covered everyone in it:)

Kat - you are gorgeous!!! And you are quite skillful at walking that plank - you didn't look down once!!!

Yes, you were very lucky to find those items, they are scarce here too. Mom needs to get out to Walmart for a big stock-up order too. She can't understand why, but none of the grocery stores seem to have her Bumble Bee solid white tuna in water - for several weeks now. Who would think that would be hard to find???

Woos - Lightning, Misty, and Timber

  14. Thank you for sharing your wonderful poem with us. We are going to try that idea of going to Walmart earlier to get lysol that we haven't seen in a long time. Have a wonderful rest of your day.

  16. OMD, Kat your video was FABulous!!!!! Tells the photog BRAVO on the angle!

Oh, you SCORED!!! Walmart.com has been Ma's savior in finding the rubbing alcohol and hydrogen peroxide! They don't always have it in stock to ship (since we don't have a WAllymart close by), butts enough that Ma has been able to keep stocked! She uses the rubbing alcohol with some wintergreen oil as her disinfecting spray (always has actually ☺), butts she does miss her Clorox wipes! The teevees said it won't be on store shelves on a regular basis til next YEAR! sigh. Oh wells, as long as the Wallymart keeps Ma stocked with the alcohol, she's okay ☺! Stay safe, wash your paws, and wear your Mask ☺
    Kisses,
    Ruby ♥
