Caturday Art and Symmetry

I saw this most amazing clock in the children's wing of the UNC Hospital on June 28th.  I've tried several different ways to find more information on this amazing piece of art!  When I downloaded the photo, I noticed the small piece of white paper on the bottom right.  I bet that has info on it.
