ARM CAT, BREAKING NEWS ABOUT FRIENDS

The one who came before me was or at least that is
what I have heard 87 million times.
What I am is an arm cat.

Exhibit 1(and only)

I enjoy sitting on the arm of the recliner and the couches
watching mom.  She has learned to be ok with this

  1. How purrfect! I am an arm cat, too. However, I love a good roll on the Mommy's chest from time to time. Just think of the good times we could have overseeing a blog from each arm of a chair!

You have such great woofie furriends, we enjoy getting to know them.

Happy Tuesday to my favorite tuxie. ((Hugs)) from your main mancat, Prancer Pie

  4. I am very much an arm cat too! I like to sit on Mommy's recliner arm when she watches TV. Tutu is a back cat. She likes to sit on the floor behind Mommy's recliner. MOL!
We're glad to hear your woofie friends are doing fine!

    Love, Ling

  5. Would you believe that not even one of us is a lap cat. We will sit beside Mama or on her shoulder but not her lap. Georgia almost does sometimes then changes her mind.

That is a lot of news Madi. We are glad to hear MM & M are okay. Sarge is innocent!
On our way to meet Molly!

  6. We scotties like to sit near HER, but not on HER like some spotty we could mention.

We're so glad to hear about Maggie Mae and Max. We always wonder what happens to some our friends who just seem to disappear.

We are also happy that there is going to be a TRIAL for Sarge. We feel he was imprisoned without REPRESENTATION! And that the charge was probably just an accident anyway.

Sarge is innocent. I will be more than happy to stand up for him, stand behind him, and if need be stand in for him. Free Sarge! Free Sarge! Free Sarge! Free Sarge! Free Sarge! Free Sarge! Free Sarge! Free Sarge! Free Sarge! Free Sarge! Free Sarge! Free Sarge! Free Sarge!

  14. Oh dear, oh dear, this is awful! Just awful! We crabby girls are so very very worried. Our little leggies are shaking and tapping! Please, darling do not think we were part of this disagreement with Sarge! Our crabitat shielded us from all of the hooplah and we are trying our crustacean best to keep the blog in fine style. OMC we would never have such bad manners as to strike a crab-coup takeover. Oh, dear friends, darlings please believe we are on our Sarge's side and hope to have him back very soon. We are whispering Blogville's support to him and we are all looking forward to tomorrow. Thank you all for your lovely help!

  18. I too, Madi, my LLS, am not a lap cat, but do enjoy sitting on the the recliner or down by Mom's legs. It's so uncanny how alike we are!

  19. Wow Madi, lots of breaking news!
Thank you so much for mentioning my blog here!
I have received so many welcoming emails from all over Blogville.

My peeps keep hoping I will be a Lap dog.
If I crawl up I get a lot more attention and scratching, but
a few minutes of "lap time" is all I need! BOL

  20. That's a lot of news, Madi! How do you keep up with it all?

BTW, it's perfectly fine not to be a lap cat. Chumley was and Derry is, but Annie wasn't, nor is Nicki. Yet each has been very affectionate and loving. You don't have to be a lap cat to show your human you love them!

    ReplyDelete
  21. I will gladly occupy a lap....but think you look comfy as an arm cat...and comfort is of the upmost importance.

    ReplyDelete
  22. Such a lot of news, wow...never a dull moment in Blogville. I'm a lap dog, ok I haven't the perfect lap size, but that's more the problem for the "lap-owner" Have a wonderful tuesday, I'm there tomorrow for Sarge.

  23. My kitty sister Pigeon loves to perch on the arm of the sofa too, or sometimes the back. We all snuggle together!

I will be here tomorrow to testify on Sarge's behalf. Free Sarge!!

  24. BOL! I can't wait for the trial to begin!!! Turkle says that if the Crabby Girls say he should be stripped of his title then he should be!

I on the other hand.....BOL.... Think he should be exonerated...

Glad Maggie Mae and Max are fine. I am not a arm dog but a cushion dog!

  29. Nothing wrong with being an arm cat, Madi - that way you aren't showing favorites to either Mom or Dad:)

Great to hear the news about Maggie Mae and Max - we have been missing them too.

Hope things go well for Sarge.

We will pop over and say hello to Molly.

  31. Trying to play some catching up on all my bloggin' buddies!!
Hope you two are doing well.

Now that the computer is acting 'normal'...I'm able to do some stuff on it more now than last week. And, to answer your question you left me last week - yes, I'm outside taking photos of the hummingbirds. I sit on the flowerbed wall and zoom in on them.

PS...you have an email from me today. ;o)

  32. Madi, can you imagine out of the 13 of us only TWO are lap cats!?! Most of us prefer to snuggle alongside, and John prefers to smother Daddy by laying on his face. Grayce and May Ling are the lap-kitties.

  33. As long as your comfy that's all that matters:-)

  34. HEY Madi... we just got HOME from our Meet in the FURS with AMBER and MAX and Autumn.. We had a Cheese and Deer Jerky Picnic with fresh water. It was Grrrreat. The three of them were SUPER NICE...and the FIVE of us got along GRRRRREAT and we sniffed butts and Made PeeMails and had some Poops and we ALL got in the NoWalkin Wagon.. AT ONCE... and we really had a BLAST oh yeah there peeps were there too...

  35. Madi I am so glad that Max and Maggie are doing good. I am very excited and nervous for Sarge tomorrow. I have the pizza truck ready with food on a stick to make it easier for the court room.

I would like to plead for Sarge. Sarge has always been there for me when Puddles(mischief) got the keys to the pizza truck. He settled it all with grace and humility and we were all happy in the end. Sarge must be found innocent. I am certain he was provoked and is not capable of wrong doing.

I make this statement freely and honestly.

Wow, lots going on there! Guess what? I"m not a lap cat either and the Lady is learning to deal with it. I love sitting on the sofa arm but really love sitting on top of the sofa. That's my favorite.
